The healthy living program is designed to provide the opportunity for members of the community to achieve their exercise goals.

 

This program has three achievable incentive schemes which provides progressive targets for you to follow:

 

Get Active Award

This award is designed for people just beginning to start an exercise program.

     

    

 

 

Keep Fit Award

Designed for people regularly participating in an exercise program.

 

      

 

Super Fit Award

Designed for people who are extremely active and exercise frequently
