Christleton High School, situated near Chester, is a high-achieving, successful 11-18 non-selective, co-educational Academy school, with 1350 students. However, we do not wish to rest on our laurels and it is very much our desire to build on these excellent foundations and to see Christleton become increasingly world class. Accordingly, the assistant headship position is full of opportunity and challenge.

You will share our commitment to the education of young people and will have the drive and imagination to take our school to the next level. We are looking for a candidate who is outward looking for new ideas and a strong track record of curriculum development and the strategic use of data to improve teaching and learning and whole school quality assurance processes that have positively impacted on school outcomes.
We warmly welcome and encourage informal visits by prospective candidates. Should you wish to arrange such a visit, you are invited to contact Mrs Wendy Edwards, PA to Headteacher, (email@example.com)
Shortlisting: Tuesday 9th July
Selection Process: Monday 15th and possibly Tuesday 16th July
